The OSA Tournament Policy associated with the referee are listed below

Teamsheets and Referee`s Misconduct Reports
a) The Tournament Host shall provide teamsheets which shall be completed by each team prior to each game, and which must be submitted to the referee prior to the kickoff.

b) The referee shall sign the teamsheets and misconduct reports for each game which he officiates.

c) The Tournament Host shall collect teamsheets and misconduct reports from referees immediately after each game
